Currently, all units at McKenzie Mews are occupied.

McKenzie Mews consists of twelve rental units that range in size from one bedroom/one bathroom to three bedrooms plus loft and two full bathrooms.

Units include

1. a private, heated garage

2. a private patio or deck

3. washer and dryer in each unit

4. air conditioning (individually controlled in each unit)

Utilities are included in monthly rent - heat, a/c, electrical, water, sewer, garbage & recycling. We require a one year lease, security deposit and tenant insurance.

Please note, we have a “no pets” policy and no smoking is allowed in the unit and on the property.
